You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and labels. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at info@shopbuynseek.com and provide your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personal care items, hygiene products, customized items, or items marked as final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.
